30 min Full Body Workout!
Do exercises (1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8) X3
Then stretch with (9+10)
2- Roll Up: bend the knees
7- Rainbow Variation: keep both hands on the floor
8- Back Extension: do a smaller extension
9- Downward Dog Variation: heel don’t touch the floor
2- Roll Up: keep the feet on the floor
5- Diamonds: land softly on the floor with your knees bent
8- Back Extension: keep the feet and legs on the floor. Contract the abs and butt
Try to do this workout at least x2 times this week!
